Istanbul is accessible from all major cities of the world. Istanbul has two international airports. Istanbul Ataturk Airport is the main international hub in the region. Local transportation options are available at the airport web site.

If you prefer a hotel at the historical peninsula, travel times to Koc University may exceed 1 hour.

Another alternative is to stay somewhere in Besiktas/Kabatas/Karakoy/Cihangir area that is very close to historical sites. There is a Sea Bus departing from the port of Kabatas to Sariyer in the morning. The seabus ride is very pleasant and it arrives always on time.

Local Transportation:

We will have shuttle bus service between the Fuatpasa Hotel and Koc University campus.

If you arrive in Sariyer with Sea Bus, Koc University has shuttle minibuses in front of the Sea Bus Terminal. The shuttle minibuses depart 5 minutes after the arrival of sea buses. You can check sea bus schedules at (http://www.ido.com.tr/en/index.cfm).

Koc University is also served by minibuses from the center of Sariyer. Minibuses depart approximately every 5-10 minutes. Koc University is the last stop in the minibus route.
