Fees 

 

Registration Fee: The registration fee for the workshop is 80 Euros which is to be paid in cash during the first day of the workshop. It will cover in addition to the typical conference expenses, the cost of transportation (by the to-be-arranged shuttle minibus) from the airport, the transportation to and from the University for those who will stay at Fuat Paşa Hotel, and the boat trip along the Bosphorus on June 22. We will cover the cost of lunch for June 20-22 and dinner on June 21 from the conference grant provided by TÜBİTAK.

The registration fees do not cover the page charges for the proceeding papers.

 

On-campus Housing Fees: The cost of on-campus housing that includes the breakfast at the University Cafeteria is as follows.

 

   Guesthouse and dorm rooms with private bath:

             Single room: 30 Euros per night

             Double room: 40 Euros per night

 

   Dorm room with shared bath:

             Single room: 20 Euros per night

             Double room: 30 Euros per night

 

 

Proceedings Fees: The following fees will apply to contributions on the subject of Pseudo-Hermitian Hamiltonians, PT-symmetry and related topics. They will not apply to proceedings papers on Resonances and Irreversible Quantum Dynamics. See Proceedings for further information.

 

Standard Fee: 25 Euros (applies to all the contributions to the proceedings)

Optional Fee: 35 Euros for each couple of pages exceeding 6 pages for the main speakers and 4 pages for others.

The proceedings fees will be used to cover the page charges of the Czech Journal of Physics. They are to be paid during the workshop in cash.

 

The standard fees for the participants who have applied for financial support may be waived depending on the availability of funds.
