Registration Fees:
For Non-student Participants: 200 Euros (if paid before 12:00 pm, May 01, 2013) 250 Euros (if paid after 12:00 pm, May 01, 2013)
For Student Participants: 100 Euros (if paid before 12:00 pm, May 01, 2013) 150 Euros (if paid after 12:00 pm, May 01, 2013)
These fees will cover the cost of the coffee breaks, lunches, the social program, transportation from the hotel to the campus for participants staying at Fuat Paşa Hotel, and other organizational expenses.
Housing Fees (for those wishing to stay at the on-campus housing facilities):
The following figures is the total cost of housing at the on-campus housing facilities of Koç University between Monday, July 01 (after 11:00 a.m) and Saturday, July 6th. To guarantee your reservation, you must pay the relevant housing fee before 5:00 p.m., May 01, 2013.
Single Room with private Bath: 250 Euros Double Room with Private Bath: 350 Euros Single Room with shared Bath: 180 Euros Double Room with shared Bath: 250 Euros
Notice that as of April 25th we have no available rooms on the night of July 6th and participants staying on campus should check out on July 6th. A few rooms for the nights of July 01 to 05 are still available.
