Registration: Pre-Registration: If you are interested in participating at PHHQP12, download the pre-registration form by clicking on Pre-Registration Form, complete and send it by email to the address: phhqp12@ku.edu.tr before 17:00, 01 June 2013. The list of speakers and duration of their talk will be determined through the information provided in this form. You will be able to update the title and abstract of your proposed talk after you pre-register. Early Registration (01 March - 01 May 2013): Reduced registration fees will be applied for participants who register before May 01, 2013. Participants who wish to stay in the on-campus housing facilities must make an early registration and pay the appropriate registration and housing fees before 17:00, 01 May 2013. Late Registration (02 May - 02 July 2013): Participants who do not wish to make an early registration are required to pay the full registration fees before 12:00 pm July 02, 2013. Participants who will register on the first day of the meeting (July 02) should pay the conference fees in cash. This does not apply to the housing fees. Participants who wish to stay in the on-campus housing facilities must make an early registration and pay the appropriate registration and housing fees before 17:00, 01 May 2013.
