Travel: Istanbul has two international airports, Istanbul Airport that is located on the European part of the city, and Sabiha Gökçen Airport that is in the Asian part. These are respectively at a distance of 40 and 60 kilometers to Koç University and Fuat Paşa Hotel. The most convenient means of transportation from the airports
to Koç University and Fuat
Paşa Hotel is to take a taxi. Taxi fare from
Istanbul Airport is about 25 Euros. The fare from Sabiha Gökçen Airport is about
35-40 Euros. The airport taxis are generally reliable, and you pay the fare
shown on the taxi meter plus about 5 Euros for high-way/bridge charges. There
are other options for transportation from both the airports such as private
shuttle buses and city buses to the city centers (such as Taksim).
