Thermodynamics of Native Proteins
My main research interest is theoretical and computational
molecular-scale biophysics problems.
We investigate the statistical thermodynamics
of protein fluctuations, mode coupling in proteins,
free energy pathways in protein binding-unbinding
problems and unharmonicity in protein fluctuations.
In order to find solutions to the selected
problems in our research fields we apply analytical and
theoretical models as well as molecular dynamic
simulations.
