Social Program

The workshop hotel Sheraton Çeşme is located on Ilıca thermal waters near Çeşme. It has spacious facilities for up to 800 attendees, and 398 rooms and suites all with a magnificent beach view and finest modern amenities to meet the expectations of business and leisure guests.

Room Rates (all rates are inclusive of breakfast)

Single Occupancy Room:	Euro 140 per night
Double Occupancy Room:	Euro 89 per night per guest

 

 

The costs of accommodation and shuttle service (if requested) are not included in the registration fee.

The distance between Sheraton Çeşme and the downtown is 6 km. The hotel lies about 90 km from İzmir Adnan Menderes International Airport (ADB), and it takes no more than one and a half hours via the Çeşme Highway either by car or by public mini buses called dolmuş. Based on the arrival information we received from all participants, the shuttle service between the Adnan Menderes Airport and Sheraton Çeşme is scheduled as follows:

May 24 Sunday:	20:00, 21:00
May 25 Monday:	13:00, 16:30, 19:00, 21:00, midnight

 




There will be a System Tour representative to welcome you at the arrivals lounge and direct you to the shuttle. The departure schedule will be announced as soon as feedback about this is received from workshop participants.

If you need transfer from the airport to the hotel outside the above hours, System Tour can arrange it for you at a rate of Euro 70 for one-way. Please contact Mr. Bora Acar (boraasystemtur.com.tr) for any questions you might have regarding the shuttle service.
