The following firm due dates have been agreed upon for ODYSSEUS2009 in Çeşme. Already at this stage we urge all participants regardless of presenting or not at the workshop to benefit from the early registration.

Due date for the revised versions of accepted abstracts:............		March 20, 2009

Please use the Online Submission System powered by AbstractAgent^TM to create an account and submit your 3-page extended abstract.

The extended abstracts should be up to 3 pages, written & spell-checked in English, and formatted according to the following templates: 1-) MS-Word 2003 Instructions 2-) LATEX Instructions

AbstractAgent^TM accepts only .DOC and .PDF files. The presenting author must register to the Workshop for inclusion of an accepted presentation in the program.
