Address to give to taxi: Koc Universitesi, Rumelifeneri Yolu, Sariyer (most taxi drivers won't need additional directions).

How to get to the city center from Campus:

  • To SARIYER: Sarıyer is the closest district to campus. It has nice long walking path by the Bosphorus and quite good selection of different kinds of shops. There is a minibus to Sarıyer every 10-15 minutes. The minibus stop is right next to Campus Bus Stop. You do not need a special card for minibuses. You may pay cash directly to the minibus driver.

  • To CITY CENTER: The easiest way to go to the city center is to take the metro. You can reach the first metro station (HACIOSMAN) by the minibus or a bus. But the easiest and the quickest way is to take the HACIOSMAN SHUTTLE which leaves every half hour from the Bus station and does not stop anywhere before the metro station. You need a special shuttle card which you may purchase from the small boot (ASSEL TOURISM: SHUTTLE BUS) at the Bus Stop. You may charge the card as much as you may need. The cost is 2TL per ride. This card is different  from the standard Istanbul card that you may use for Metro, buses and boats etc through out Istanbul. You may purchase Istanbul cards in any metro station and main Bus Stations.
