Files in this folder contain snapshots from coarse-grained simulations
of DNA which we obtained using out DNA model. The file names are
composed of the length (1.2, 2.9 or 5.8) and the excess linking numbers
densities (0.0, 0.05, or 0.13).

The trajectory files are in vtf format which can be visualized by VMD program
(www.ks.uiuc.edu/Research/vmd/).
