Professor
Kok received his Ph.D. from the Wharton School of the
University of Pennsylvania in 2003. He served as a tenured faculty member at Duke University Fuqua School of Business until 2014. He is on the Editorial
Boards of journals such as Management Science, Manufacturing and
Operations Management and Production and Operations Management. He is the Academic Director of Koc University-Migros Retail
