Koc University is located in the municipality of Sariyer on the European side of Istanbul. The campus is located on a hill at the intersection of Bosphorus and the Black Sea. It is 10 minutes from Sariyer by car.

The best way to reach Sariyer is to use the metro line M2. See:  Istanbul Rail Network. The M2 metro line from Taksim metro station (at Taksim Square, downtown) passes around the city and reaches to HaciOsman metro station (the last stop) at Sariyer. It takes 30 minutes from Taksim metro station to HaciOsman metro station.

Shuttle services for the meeting participants will be arranged from HaciOsman metro station to Koc University main campus. Once you exit from the  HacıOsman metro station, go across the main street from the bus station and shuttle (with COST804 meeting sign) will be waiting there.

The shuttle schedule is as follows:

Nov 5, Monday:
13:00 from HaciOsman metro station, then 13:15 from Hotel Fuat Pasa (on the way) to KU campus
After the meeting: From KU campus to HaciOsman metro station, shuttle will be provided.

Nov 6, Tuesday:
8:00 from HaciOsman metro station, then 8:15 from Hotel Fuat Pasa (on the way) to KU campus
After the meeting: From KU campus to HaciOsman metro station, shuttle will be provided.

Nov 7, Wednesday:
8:00 from HaciOsman metro station, then 8:15 from Hotel Fuat Pasa (on the way) to KU campus
After the MC meeting: From KU campus to HaciOsman metro station, shuttle will be provided.

For the shuttle organization, we need to know the number of participants who would like to use the shuttle on each day and from which location (HaciOsman metro station or Hotel Fuat Pasa).
